Microsoft Office 365 Certifications

There are three Levels of Certification for Office 365: MCSA, MCTS & MCITP

Earning an MCSA certification qualifies you for a position as a software as a service (SaaS) administrator or cloud applications administrator focused on managing Office 365 business productivity products like Exchange, SharePoint & Lync.

To earn an MCSA: Office 365, a candidate must pass the following exams:

  • Exam 70-346: Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements
  • Exam 70-347: Enabling Office 365 Services

Demonstrate your knowledge in administering cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools offered by Office 365.

To earn an MCTS: Office 365, a candidate must pass the following exam:

  • Exam 70-323: Administering Office 365

Demonstrate your proficiency in administering Microsoft Office 365 collaboration and productivity tools. This path builds on the MCTS prerequisite.

To earn an MCITP: Office 365, a candidate must pass the following exams:

  • Exam 70-323: Administering Office 365
  • Exam 70-321: Deploying Office 365
