On November 28, 2014, the CCIA and CCEE for Virtualization certifications will be retired. For the thousands of you who currently hold or are working towards these certifications, you may be wondering how this will effect you.

Simple workaround when the Citrix client for remote connections fails to load
Sometimes, when trying to access a remote server using Citrix (e.g., with the XenApp plugin / Citrix ICA Client), the application fails to launch, and it appears as if nothing happens. This most commonly occurs if you recently created and then closed a remote session. The core problem is that the process stays active after the user ends the session, and this prevents logging in successfully afterwards.
