Charles has assisted in developing many custom courses for client including AutoZone, Hilton, FedEx, Methodist, Shelby County Government, Baxter Health Care and Kroger in his 17 year tenure. To complement this, he continues to lead projects as a senior consultant and technical trainer.

Charles currently holds numerous industry certifications including Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) Windows 2008, Sql Server 2008, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Windows 2003, 2000, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) SharePoint Server 2010, Sql Server 2008 Business Intelligence, Windows Hyper-V Virtualization, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) Sql Server 2000, ITIL Foundations –Service Design – Operational Support and Analysis, Certified Lotus Instructor (CLI), Certified Lotus Professional (CLP) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). Charles also holds a BS in Criminal Justice as well as a BS in Economics/Finance from the University of Tennessee at Martin and is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
